Reservations

Minimum stay:   2 days or as long is possible;July, August and mid Septembre: 7 nights

First payment: 25%, when booking by bank transfer or moneygram

 Remaining 75%, same process untill 1st day of stay or € in cash on first day.                         

Cancelling: It is possible to cancel up to 30 days before check-in. Money will be refunded but possible sending costs will be deducted.  

Animals: Will not be accepted.

Caution: can be requested, 250€

Pricing (for full and exclusive use of the property)

Period A: September 2010 to 15 April 2011:        100€ /overnight *

               17 September 2011 to 29 December:   100€/overnight

Period B: 16 April to 30 July 2011:                       105€/overnight

               3 to 16 September 2011                      105€/overnight

Period C: 31 July to 2 September 2011:              110€/overnight 

* New Year's day + day before: 150€ / day
